Refund Policy

All payments for Plektrify are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This refund policy applies in conjunction with Paddle's terms.
Consumer Cancellation Rights
If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the day after completion of the initial transaction without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day cancellation period expires. You can do this by:

- Contacting Paddle directly through their support channels
Important exceptions:
- This cancellation right applies only to the initial subscription purchase and does not apply to automatic renewals
- For digital content that you have already started to download, stream, or otherwise use, the right to cancel may not apply
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 14-day period, please provide:
- Your account email address
- Your order number (from your payment confirmation)

Refund Processing
- We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 14 days of approval
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method with no additional fees
Payment method time limits: Some payment methods have restrictions on how long after the original transaction a refund can be processed:
- Card payments: within 120 days
- PayPal: within 179 days
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure your cancellation is processed before the next billing cycle:
- Cancel through your dashboard billing settings
- Or contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period
When you cancel, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds for unused portions of subscription periods after cancellation.
Refunds After the 14-Day Period
For refund requests made after the 14-day period, we may evaluate requests based on the circumstances. Such requests may be refused if there is evidence of:
- Fraud or fraudulent activity
- Refund abuse or manipulation
- Violation of our Terms of Service
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to services that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Paddle's Role
As Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all transactions, they may also process refunds and handle disputes in accordance with their terms:
Paddle is entitled to grant refunds within 14 days of a transaction if they determine a refund is appropriate, or as required by applicable law.
